Blair on globalizing the european educational system
British Prime Minister Tony Blair
addressed a meeting of
the European Parliament. Recognizing how globalization has changed the outlook for Europe, he outlined priorities for Europe in the areas of economics, education, energy policy, and counter-terrorism. Prime Minister Blair currently holds the rotating presidency of the European Council.
